Overview
At Belush, every product is carefully crafted and packaged in small batches with care. Due to the nature of our skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened items.
All Sales Are Final
For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare and body care products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love your Belush experience. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will gladly review your case and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.
Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will assist where possible
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as we begin processing quickly to ensure timely delivery.
